The YCPD joined other youth and caring adults in the 2nd annual Walk for Peace and Social Justice. The goal was to continue to put a spotlight on the number of young people being killed or injured due to gun violence. In our lesson plan that day, we learned to “NEVER, EVER touch a gun!” and if we see or find a gun, to tell the closest adult.
