Join us for Breathe, Release, Heal—a free, virtual Breathwork & Meditation session designed to help you release stress, clear negative energy, and reconnect with your inner peace during these intense and uncertain times.
Led by Saidia Therapylady and Azizi Blissett, this hour-long group experience offers grounding breathwork and guided meditation practices that support healing, clarity, and inner balance.
